BENEFITS FOR DIRECTOR LEVEL MEMBERS

Seating Locations

Presidents Club seats are the best in the house – always in the first 12 rows of the Center Orchestra. When joining the Presidents Club, you’ll lock in your selected seating locations for all 7 Season Shows on your chosen day.

We offer free exchanges on all Presidents Club tickets, however please note that we cannot guarantee that your regular Presidents Club seats will be available on alternate dates. If you need to exchange into another date, we’ll do our best to get you as close to your regular seats as possible.

Similarly, when purchasing tickets for Add-On shows, we cannot guarantee that your regular Presidents Club seats will be available. For Add-On shows, we’ll do our best to get you as close to your regular seats as possible.

Complimentary Exchanges

Can’t make it to your scheduled performance? No problem! Presidents Club members may exchange their tickets to an alternate date, free of charge.

To request an exchange, please email PresidentsClub@BroadwayInHollywood.com during business hours (generally Mon-Fri, 10AM – 6PM).

Please include the following information with your request:

  • Show
  • New Preferred Date/Time
  • 2 Alternate New Dates/Times

Once confirmed, your new tickets will be available in the Broadway In Hollywood app.

Requests must be received at least 48 hours before the original performance. Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice cannot be honored. Requests made for shows that have already begun, or have passed, cannot be honored.

Seats will be in the Presidents Club section (first 12 rows of the center orchestra), as close as possible to your membership seats. Please be aware that your regular seats may not be available. All exchanges are subject to availability.

Tickets may not be exchanged from one production to another.

Star Level - When you exchange your tickets to an alternate performance, you will need an updated parking pass that reflects your new performance date. If you make your exchange request in advance, we will mail a new parking pass to the address on file. If your request is made a week or less before the new performance date, you will need to pick up your new parking pass during box office hours, or at Will Call on the day of the show.

Director/Producer Levels - When you exchange your tickets to an alternate performance, your parking pass will remain valid for that performance – no need to pick up a new one!

Donate Tickets

Up to 4 hours prior to your performance, email PresidentsClub@BroadwayInHollywood.com to return your tickets for a tax-deductible donation to the American Corporation of the Arts.  A donation receipt for tax purposes will be provided.

Purchasing Additional Premium Seats for Season Shows

Presidents Club members have access to purchase the best available seats for all shows. To request additional seats for friends, family, clients, etc., please email PresidentsClub@BroadwayInHollywood.com during business hours (generally Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm).

Please include the following information with your request:

  • Preferred Date/Time
  • 2 Alternate Dates/Times
  • Number of Tickets Requested
  • Cell Phone Number

Additional tickets purchased through the Presidents Club office will include access to the VIP lounge. Parking is not included for additional tickets.

Priority Access to Purchase Premium Seats for Add-On Shows

Your Presidents Club membership includes tickets to all 6 of our Season Shows. Each year, we also offer additional productions outside of the Season Shows.

Presidents Club members have access to purchase premium tickets for Add-On shows before tickets go on sale to the general public. To request seats for these shows, please email PresidentsClub@BroadwayInHollywood.com during business hours (generally Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm).

Tickets purchased through the Presidents Club office will include access to the VIP lounge. Please note that the VIP lounge is not open for Concert Presentations. Parking is not included for Add-On shows.

VIP Lounge

Make your night at the theatre complete by visiting our VIP Lounge, located just off the main lobby. When facing the west staircase, the entrance is on your left.  The lounge staff will be expecting you and your party on your ticketed performance; simply give your name for admittance. Unfortunately, other guests without a Presidents Club ticket cannot be accommodated.

The lounge is open one hour prior to the performance and at intermission (if applicable). In the lounge, you’ll have access to private restrooms and bar, so you can skip the lines in the lobby! Complimentary small bites from our dining partner FLOAT Hollywood will be available, as well as our classic cookies and brownies from Bertha Mae's. Wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided, as well as a selection of snacks and candy. Please enjoy your food and beverages in the VIP Lounge, as eating and drinking are not permitted in the auditorium.

Preorder intermission drinks at the bar.

Please note that the VIP lounge is not open for Concert Presentations.

Complimentary Priority Parking

Presidents Club members enjoy 1 complimentary parking pass for each of our Season Shows, on their performance day. Your Presidents Club parking pass can be accessed digitally via the Broadway in Hollywood app, under ACCESS MY TICKETS. For more information on the Broadway in Hollywood app, CLICK HERE.

Please note that we cannot provide parking passes for Add-On shows. If you purchase tickets to an Add-On show, please make your own arrangements for parking in the area. Visit our parking page for information on options in the area.

Your Name Listed on the Presidents Club Lobby Sign

We are proud to recognize our Presidents Club members on a lobby sign outside of the VIP Lounge. You are welcome to choose how you are listed. If you would like to update your listing for next season, please email PresidentsClub@BroadwayInHollywood.com.

No Fee, No Interest Payment Plans

We offer payment plans that are interest-free AND fee-free! 2- and 4-month payment plans are available. A 50% deposit is required upfront.

Tax-Deductible portion of Membership

A portion of your membership goes directly to supporting the American Corporation of the Arts, Broadway in Hollywood’s non-profit affiliate which provides free or low-cost theatre tickets to disadvantaged youth in our community and funds theatre education programs such as the annual High School Musical Theatre competition, THE JERRY HERMAN AWARDS.

A year-end tax letter will be mailed to the address on file at the end of each calendar year.

Invitations to Exclusive Broadway In Hollywood Events

Broadway In Hollywood occasionally holds special events for Presidents Club members and other subscribers, such as Open House events which offer the opportunity to see behind the scenes at the beautiful Pantages Theatre and mingle with fellow subscribers. We are thrilled to invite all Presidents Club members to these exclusive events! 

Purchasing Premium Seats - Nederlander Worldwide

Director and Producer members are offered the opportunity to purchase premium seats for Nederlander theatrical and concert presentations worldwide, including New York, Chicago, London, and more! This also includes Nederlander Concert Presentations in Los Angeles at The Pantages, The Greek, and other venues.

Complimentary Souvenir Programs

Take the magic of the show home with you! For select shows, complimentary souvenir programs will be available for Director and Producer members. Souvenir programs can be collected from the VIP lounge during your scheduled performance. Feel free to ask the Check-In Attendant about availability as you enter the VIP lounge.

Complimentary souvenir programs are subject to availability and at the discretion of the show producers.
