All patrons must have a ticket, regardless of age. Unless otherwise noted, children under 5 will not be admitted. Show-specific age recommendations are available on our website.

Complimentary coat check is available at Guest Services on Lobby Level 2. Backpacks and other large bags are not permitted.

Concessions will be available. Food and beverages (including alcohol) must be consumed in designated areas. Eating and drinking are not permitted in the auditorium.  Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Please be advised, venue branded "sippy" cups are not available at the Dolby Theatre. Cups previously-purchased at Hollywood Pantages Theatre are not usable at the Dolby Theatre.

The lobby will open 1 hour prior to the performance. Seating areas typically open 30 minutes prior to the start time.

Elevators to all seating levels are located just past the entrances on the right.

Provide your exact seat locations to anyone that may need to reach you during the performance.  Security: 323-308-6344.  Box Office:  323-308-6369.

Patrons may enter the theatre on Level 1 (next to the box office) and Level 2 of Hollywood & Highland.

Patrons not in their seat when the performance begins will be subject to a seating hold and may watch the show from lobby monitors until they can be seated at an appropriate time.

Call 323-308-6300 to inquire about a lost item. Found items are securely held for up to 30 days.

The use of phones, cameras, electronic, audio, or video recording devices during a performance is strictly prohibited. During performances, all devices must be off or in airplane mode.

Prohibited items include but are not limited to:

• Outside food & beverages (reasonable exceptions made for dietary restrictions).
• Oversized bags, luggage and backpacks. 
• Professional cameras with detachable lenses.
• Weapons of any kind or items that can be used as weapons such as pocket knives, chains and spiked jewelry.
• Laser pointers or any other item that may be considered disruptive or dangerous.

Women’s and Men’s restrooms and accessible restrooms are located on every seating level.

For your safety, handheld metal detectors may be utilized at entrances and bag checks are regularly conducted.

Smoking of any kind, including the use of e-cigarettes, is not permitted in any area of the theatre.
