How do I access my tickets?

Your phone is your ticket! Simply log into your account using the email associated with your Ticketmaster account on a mobile device and you will be able to download your tickets to your phone. Downloading or updating to our new app has never been easier!
As a Broadway In Hollywood patron using our app, you will now be able to:
- Have your tickets in the palm of your hand.
- Check up-to-date health & safety information.
- Receive real-time traffic and new show alerts.
- Transfer your tickets to friends and family.
- Purchase additional tickets.
- View exclusive content – just for app users!

If you are ever confused about when your next show is, look no further than the Broadway in Hollywood app! Once logged in, look under “Access My Tickets” to see a complete schedule of your upcoming performances.

Can I donate individual tickets?

Can’t make a show, or want to give back? Up to 4 hours prior to your performance, email PresidentsClub@BroadwayInHollywood.com to return your tickets for a tax-deductible donation to the American Corporation of the Arts. Funds from donated tickets go to programs that provide free or low-cost theatre tickets to disadvantaged youth in our community. A donation receipt for tax purposes will be provided with each donation.
