Executive Assistant to the President

Broadway in Hollywood, the premier presenter for touring Broadway and live entertainment, is looking for an experienced individual to join our team as Executive Assistant to the President, working out of the Hollywood Pantages Theatre.
Position Summary:
Reporting to the President, the position entails a wide variety of activities essential to the leadership of Broadway in Hollywood. These include handling a broad range of internal and external phone and email inquiries, drafting correspondence, managing complex calendars, coordinating detailed travel itineraries, and completing monthly expense reports. Additionally, this position incorporates collaboration with the Assistant General Manager and Director of Operations in management of the Presidents Club, the Pantages' premier subscription package. This position is ideal for a candidate interested in gaining insight and experience in general management at a large-scale arts organization.The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of professionalism, excellent attention to detail, sound decision-making, exceptional organizational skills, the ability to maintain discretion in confidential matters, and the capacity to coordinate multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, On-Site
Compensation: $72,000 - $77,000 (depending on experience)Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- A proven track record of strong organizational skills, constituent relations, and superior professionalism and judgment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Precision, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Ability to represent Broadway in Hollywood and the President with warmth and professionalism to staff, artists, and audiences.
- Experience handling confidential or sensitive information with discretion.
- Passion and knowledge of the Broadway industry is a plus.
- Proficiency with PC platforms, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with database management and ticketing platforms is a plus, but not a requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the President's calendar, including internal and external meetings with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Support the President with vivid, effective drafts of acknowledgments, communications, and internal messages.
- Execute general office administration such as drafting correspondence and meeting notes, completing expense reports, arranging tickets for guests/VIPs, making restaurant reservations, and coordinating deliveries.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Broadway in Hollywood's full spectrum of programs and activities to ensure accurate representation in planning and communication.
- Receive, compile and distribute applicable reporting to staff as directed by President.
- As assigned, manage projects that span multiple departments, collecting input and driving toward deadlines.
- Support the Director of Operations as needed in management of the premier subscription membership, including assisting patrons with Presidents Club memberships, participating in season renewals, answering members' questions and concerns, processing ticket changes, and additional ticket purchases throughout the season.
- Manage donation requests as instructed by President and Assistant General Manager.
- Collaborate closely with Director of Operations and Assistant General Manager to manage the VIP lounge, including coordinating catering and interfacing with sponsors and vendors.
- In conjunction with Director of Operations, update the information line when a new show begins with applicable information and box office hours.
- Oversee the ordering of all playbills for each production in the season, ensuring accurate quantities and timely delivery.
- Provide vacation coverage to Assistant General Manager and Director of Operations as directed.
- Use creative, proactive problem-solving and executive-level communication to grow the role by adding value beyond the listed functions.

Broadway in Hollywood and The Hollywood Pantages —the premier presenter of Broadway theatre in Los Angeles—seeks energetic, forward-thinking, and team-oriented individuals to join our Outbound Subscription Sales Team.
If you love live theatre and enjoy connecting with people, this is a great opportunity to turn that passion into a rewarding, part-time role—while helping audiences discover the magic of Broadway.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound sales calls to current and prospective patrons to sell season subscriptions for Broadway in Hollywood’s upcoming or current season
- Participate as part of the Lobby Sales Team, engaging with patrons attending performances at the Pantages Theatre
- Meet minimum sales goals and scheduled hours in accordance with department guidelines
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records
- Provide a consistently high level of customer service and professionalism when working with patrons and fellow staff
What We’re Looking For
- A general knowledge of—and genuine enthusiasm for—live theatre
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, service-oriented approach
- Sales experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a team environment
Theatre education, experience, or a strong passion for theatre is highly valued.
Compensation & Perks
- $18.42/hour + generous commission

PAYROLL SPECIALIST

Payroll Specialist

Nederlander West Coast, the premiere presenter for touring Broadway and live entertainment, is looking for an experienced individual to join our Payroll Team to work in our Los Angeles Office located at the Hollywood Pantages Theatre.
Position Summary:
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and managing payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining payroll integrity and supporting employees with payroll-related inquiries.
Our ideal candidate is proficient in ADP software, has a strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance, and excels at handling payroll processes in a fast-paced environment. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to accuracy, we encourage you to apply.
Job Type: Full-Time Hourly non-exempt
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary: $28-$32 per hour/ Salary Range: $58,240 - $66,560 (depending on experience)
Qualifications:- Solid experience utilizing ADP Workforce Now.
- 4+ years of full-cycle payroll experience with 250+ employees in a multi-state environment.
- Systems savvy with solid Excel, Word & Outlook skills.
- Strong knowledge of wage and tax laws.
- Experience processing union payroll helpful but not necessary.
- A self-starter who takes ownership and who can work with minimal supervision.
- Experience working with Union/CBA is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle, weekly, multi-state payroll for 250+ employees using ADP Workforce Now.
- Coordinate and monitor hourly employee time submissions including paid sick and vacation time.
- Work with employees and managers to ensure timesheets are accurate and approved
- Review and process new hire information in payroll system.
- Ensure all data is uploaded to the payroll processing system by the submission deadline.
- Review payroll registers for accurate benefit deductions, tax deductions and any other relevant information.
- Assist with researching and resolving payroll discrepancies.
- Update payroll records by entering changes in tax exemptions, checking and savings deductions. Entering Union and Non-Union 401K amounts.
- Respond timely to EDD, child support, FTB and IRS audits.
- Create employee folders and file paperwork.
- Review year-end reports and ensure W-2’s are accurate and adjust as needed.
- Coordinate with Human Resources regarding benefits and accurate deductions.
- Employee liaison for questions and issues related to payroll.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping confidential information.
